Q: As a Retailer or Wholesaler what is the minimum order of items I have to purchase at any one time?
A: There is no minimum quantity required as long as the items you request are in-stock. If items are out of stock, there is a minimum order of 15 items per design.
Q: If item is out or stock, how long does it take for it to be available?
A: It takes approximately 10 business days for the re-stocked item to arrive once we have been notified of your product of choice.
Q: What are the payment options?
A: We use PayPal payment option becuase of their reputation and security. Once you have checked out, you will be taken to the PayPal check out page. Our secondary form of payment is by filling out one of our electronic credit card forms with your information and submitting it. It will be charged within 48 hours of it's submission. We accept all major credit cards.
Q: What type of material are the shirts?
A: All of the items are 100% pre-shrunk cotton. Great soft material.
Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: Regularly we use USPS (United States Postal Service) for regular shipping and UPS for International, overnight or rush.
Q: If I live locally (Miami), is there another way to arrange delivery?
A: All of out items ordered via the website will be shipped. You may also pick up our items at one of the several retail stores located throughout Miami.
Q: How should I wash my shirt?
A: All items should always br washed nside out for best results. We are not responsible and do not offer refuns or exachanges for fading or cracking of print.
