Q: How do I check the status of my order?
- Depending on the shipping method used (usually USPS), you will receive a tracking confirmation number via the email you used to sign up to rebulcollection.com. With that number, you can track the progress of your order. All international orders will have to contact us directly at rigo@rebulcollection.com for tracking of their package.

Q: The shirt I’m looking at is out of stock in the size I need. When is it going to be restocked?
- Once our items are sold out in a specific size, unless demand is high, there is a chance that the shirt will not be re-stocked. Depending on the model and its popularity, we will re-stock all sizes. For more information on any one specific item, please contact us directly.

Q: How long does it take to process an order?
- Please allow up to 5 business days for an order to be processed and shipped out. The average turn-around process time is between 1 to 2 business days.

Q: How do I cancel an order?
- If you would like to cancel your recently-placed order, please contact us within 24 hours of your order to prevent the item from going out. Once the item has gone out, or if you do not contact us in time, we will hold payment until item has been shipped back. We will then issue a full refund. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Q: I typed in the wrong address. How can I fix it?
- If this ever happens, please make sure to reach out to us (preferably via email) as soon as possible so we can send it to the correct address. If you do not contact u within 24 hours of your order being placed, we cannot guarantee stoppage. Buyer is responsible for items shipped to incorrect addressed based on their direct entry.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
- We process all payments through PayPal. No worries, even without a PayPal account you can use any credit card you'd like! Note that PayPal accepts most major credit cards as well as e-checks.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
- No you don't. However preferable, you do not need an account with them in order to place an order and process payment. When you are directed to their payment page, just select the bottom tab where it allows you to enter a credit card number directly instead of logging in.

Q: How secure is this store?
- This website is very secure. Since we do not process payments though our own platform, there is no worry about private information being stored in the sites' cookies or database. PayPal is one of the most secure payment gateways in the world…which should make you feel very secure.

Q: I’m having an issue with my payment/having trouble placing my order.
- If you are having any issues placing an order or submitting your payment, please contact us right away. Even though we rarely have these type of issues, bugs do happen and we wouldn't want you to lose the chance of rocking some of our fresh gear. Just contact us and we'll get it all sorted out for you.

Q: What are your shirts printed on?
- All shirts are printed in a pre-shrunk cotton manufactured in the United States. The material is soft, tight-fitted and average sized so no worries about that.

Q: If i am a Wholesaler or Retail store and want to carry your brand, how do I go about doing so?
- Just contact us! We are eager to share our items with the world. We have convenient minimum quantity orders which make it easy for smaller companies that dont want to be tied down with large inventory. Reach out to us and we will work out a custom plan for you!
